Hi, I’m Tristen.

A southwest-raised now east-coast-based all around mixed bag of skittles with experience in UX design and technology consulting.

I’m particularly passionate about understanding human behaviors and cultures and how we can use design to better the world around us.

This inspired me to study Computer Information Systems (B.S.), Psychology (minor), and International Business (certificate) at Arizona State University as well as User Experience Design (certificate) at General Assembly and build my career on mission-driven work for the federal government.

I aim to continue designing and building innovative technologies that empower and enable others to achieve their goals while celebrating diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility.

Outside of work, life looks like:

Making music through piano, guitar, and singing. I love a good cover song, but I write also my own music.

You’ll often find me at a social dance, especially queer country line dancing.

I love wandering around and exploring new places. Catch me running around the city while trying to balance a camera in one hand and either food or coffee in the other.
